Comrades, here is a funny question for you.
As we all know Putin is a far-right fascist. And as all far-right fascists he wants to praise Hitler. But ruling a country that was completely decimated during ww2 by Hitler and for 70 years positioned itself as a left Marxist state he can’t do it openly. What is a solution to such conundrum?
Let me describe it this way – Putin really wants to have hot annal sex with Hitler, but he is too afraid to catch STD, so he decided to use a protection. And such protection, you may call it a condom is Ivan Ilyin.
Ivan Ilyin is far-right publicist who runned away from Russia because of the civil war to Germany and started praising Hitler, Mussolini and fascism non-stop from there. When world war became dangerous for Germany around 1943 – Ilyin left Germany for Switzerland and continued praising Hitler from there.
He stopped doing it only in 1948 – probably someone told him, that he may be kicked out from the country or smth.
So what did Putin do for 26 years? – He praised Ilyin instead of Hitler. Got it? – and all far-right KGB Marxists renegades (that is specifically soviet thing – guys who were praying for capitalism to return, secretly praising Nazism, but making a good Marxist image of themselves) were getting those whistle-blowing references and winked back to Putin.
But, as you have already guessed – there is a problem. If you use one condom for 26 years straight, sooner or later it will stop protecting you.
So what happened? – all that thing worked well, while only far-righters knows about Ilyin. But during 26 years, that Putin were praising him – a lot of folk really has read his writings and find out the truth. Now it is not a protection or whistle-blowing for right-wingers but an odd stupid “King is naked” thing... in our case “King is a Hitler praising fascist”.
One of the last stupid things was renaming an entire department of Russian state university to School of Ilyin. Direct result of it was a creation of Antifascist student committee. In democratic countries this sh*t-show has already ended political career of all involved, but in Russia – I d say members of student Antifascist committee may soon join the list of political prisoners.
